so - to recap - there was no central heating and the hot water was by immersion.  the tank was housed above this 'so-called' shower;

this was dismantled very early in precedings - this is where the rat came from

- next you decide to prepare the rooms for the new central heating, including drilling any holes to route pipes.

you know the water tank is near but your confident that you'll stop in time when you get through the wall - right .?  WRONG;

dont panic - you were going to replace it anyway - the new tank is in the other room 

and frankly is better than this antique - well it is now ..!!

it's just a case of bringing these things forward in the plan - simple - in fact we truly believe

these things are ordained and, errrr, all for the good of the project - right ..??

now the fun really starts - it's time to get the rest of the central heating installed
